Every busy week getting everything up and going! I am working hard trying to make the best of a crappy situation but there is nothing better than being angry and taking it out on a workout! So bring your best and have fun!!


Do each exercise and that counts as a set!! If you have high reps that is good but I worked on power today so I took heavy weight with low reps!! Your choice…

Side Plank with lateral Raise

Side Lunges

Golf Swing Twist From Foot to over shoulder


12 reps x 2 sets

Squat to Iron Cross

Bicep Curls

Diamond Grip Push Up

Push Up Wipers Side to Side in Lower Position


Man this was hard!!! I loved it though, take out of each workout what you want. But you must try your best!
