This quote made me laugh because my wife and I are from a professional sports background and she told me her quote sometime last week or something and it just woke me up this morning because of my dream.

This is a great quote someone made up and it is for both fitness or martial artists alike.  Fear can be one of two choices…you choose!

F – Forget  or Face

E – Everything

A – And

R – Run or Rise

Forget Everything and Run

OR

Face Everything and Rise!

This quote came to mind when I was realizing what I signed up for! The sinister 7 Utra Run in Canada, Calgary is well known and so I think this quote made my day! Thank you to whomever wrote it’s origin.
