Fitness Challenge Warrior quest Week # 2

Here was just 1 of several impossible but possible workouts.

Load a back pack with 65lbs.

Crawl 100m with pack, quickly take it off and do 20 360 degree get ups.   Note:  50m there and back can substitute for 100m straight.

Do it for 800m of crawling.

A 360 degree get up is:

Tuck jump to a push up back to a tuck jump falling back and roll with feet landing about your head or behind you followed by with momentum getting up no hands.
