Workout of the Week Dec 13th -19th

Hello Everyone,

I changed it up this week and took a break from a muscle pump but instead did cardio and abs all week!

I will be posting my running schedule within a couple of weeks so you guys can do it with me.  I am trying to keep a 8.30 min mile for 100 miles.  The Sinister 7 Ultra is a 100 mile run close to Calgary Canada.  My goal is to complete it in 26hs.

Anyways, back to abs at hand for this weeks workout! It should only take you no more than 20 minutes to do this!

 

Jump Rope 2-3 min

Crunch 50 reps

Reverse Crunch 50 reps

Repeat 2-3 sets with 20 sec break in between each set

 

Full Range Sit Up 50 reps

V position hold 1 min

Repeat 2-3 sets with 20 sec break in between each set

 

Elbow to Knee Unilateral Bicycle Crunch 30 reps (each side)
