Terrible Tuesday Workout – Feb 16th 2016

Hello Everyone,

My own personal motivation to do this tomorrow is to write it down for you guys and get it done.  I wish you luck!

4-5 Rounds for Time:

Bear crawl – 150 feet one direction

Standing broad-jump 150 feet back to start (every 5 broad jumps :three Burpees)

Deadlift 85% of Max weight – 275lbs  x8

Chest Press 85% of Max weight – 205lbs x5

BB snatch standard stance 80 % of Max weight – 95lbs x 8

300 feet sprint (150 there and back) & repeat….
